Our management team consists of John Briones, who has over 30 years experience as a technician and manager with the Federal Aviation Administration, and founder Debbie Briones, who has been a business owner and entrepreneur for over 35 years.
John has been serving in aerospace safety as a first responder, technician and manager in the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration), maintaining and managing the NAS (National Airspace System) at North Bay SSC (Systems Support Center) in California for over 31 years keeping the aviation public safe, serving our aviation stakeholders including the private pilot to commercial airlines to military aircraft from takeoff to landing by maintaining and managing RADAR, Communications, Navigation equipment and personnel safely for the Western Pacific Region.
Debbie has been an entrepreneur and business owner in many industries for over 35 years. Her knowledge of business operations began at an early age as she learned from her father, who founded and later sold a very successful company. In Debbie’s first business, she provided design and marketing for numerous businesses and corporations. Thereafter, started many new private businesses, constantly staying up to date and adapting to market trends. Debbie was awarded “Best Sales Person” in Sonoma County for several years. Her dedication and hard work stems from her dad and being a part of three generations of family working in the police law-enforcement public safety services. Her true passion is rooted in serving others.
